1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Opened or used pet food, treats, or hygiene products for safety reasons.

Gift cards or digital downloads.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

Securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If rejected, we will contact you with further information.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
