Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping Times

At Pawsitive Pets, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time varies by location:

    • United States & Canada: 5-8 business days

    • Europe: 7-12 business days

    • International: 9-14 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (additional charges apply, depending on destination).

  • International Shipping: Free on all orders


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page or using the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at info@pawsitive-pets.ca.


4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.

For lost shipments, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at info@pawsitive-pets.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a photo of the damaged item and your order number for a quick resolution.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, the order is already in processing and cannot be changed.
